The property was clean, smelled nice, well decorated. The location was excellent . Central. You could walk to everything and there are several places and Tapas to eat not far away. The receptionists were kind and polite. My room was spacious. I really felt at home here. The bed was comfortable. Love the pressure of the shower and how modern the bathroom was. There was an electric kettle in my room. I do love drinking tea so that came handy. It was my birthday celebration and the hotel went out of their way to celebrate my birthday. They set up my room with balloons, birthday cards and desert. That’s what I call paying attention to details. It made me feel like I wasn’t just a paying customer. It brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart. I would definitely be recommending this line of hotels. I have stayed in many hotels and several countries and hardly do I write reviews. My husband will say my standards are high. They met my standards. 😊

This is a fantastic hotel; it’s a beautiful looking building, the rooms are really comfortable and very well maintained, and the breakfast has everything you could wish for to start the day. However, what makes it so special is its staff. Without exception, they were warm, smiling and friendly and we send a huge thank you to them all for making our 11-night stay so memorable. We experienced such thoughtfulness, from little touches in our room, through to the chef sending instructions on how to make a particular dish, and a willingness to talk in Spanish and help us improve. Seville is always a beautiful place but the combination of the city and the exceptional staff in this hotel made this holiday an absolute winner.

Location was wonderful. it was a walking distance from almost everything we wanted to visit ... mainly Alcazar and the historical attractions. Reception was good, they were fast and very helpful, as we were a bit tired , we appreciated every saved minute in the check in process.

We loved this hotel. It had such charm and elegance. The staff were very helpful. The location was ideal - just off the main area on a side street so nice and quiet. Our room was lovely - overlooking the internal courtyard - so nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast had everything we wanted and many vegetarian choices.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast spread and a delightful open air atrium to enjoy it in. Comfortable and well furnished room, spacious modern bathroom. All in a very convenient and quiet location. Lovely rooftop restaurant with an interesting menu though limited vegetarian choices.

I did really like the overall design of the Hotel, it is unique and impressive as you walk inside, but above all what I was satisfied with here was the people who work at Vincci La Rábida, the Staff here are great, very friendly, welcoming, professional and willing to help, they did this on more then one occasion as a whole they have employed the right people here, If there was any issue they would do their best to resolve it. the rooms were maintained well, credit to them all. there are also plenty of places nearby in which you can explore, rent a bike for a fairly cheap price (wish more city's followed Seville as an example) eat outside in the hot sun and experience the Spanish way of life, I had a really enjoyable first visit to Spain whilst staying here and on the whole Seville is a beautiful city! to summarise I am glad I chose to stay here and I think overall If you stay here you would enjoy your time here too. never got a chance to say Bye to all of the staff here as left in the early hours back to England but Muchas gracias to all of the staff here for helping make part of our stay here a great one! I would recommend this place.

Centrally located on a quiet side street, this is a great place to stay if you want to access all the sights of Seville on foot. A retrofitted palace, this hotel combines old glamour with contemporary comfort. The rooms are comfortable and, if you use their app, you can can your pillows customized. The foyer, a glassed in courtyard is perfect for relaxing when the weather is too hot to wander out. The concierges are incredibly helpful and the breakfasts are excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Seville for leisure and sightseeing,

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at 3 am but were able to check in instantly. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom with a tub and a bidet. Very comfortable bed. Central location several minutes away from the most important landmarks. There is a parking garage, you pay 24 euros per day.

The property was stunning… The decor was exceptional and in very good taste. The breakfast was delightful & exceeded our expectations & the space where it was held was magical. Loved the outdoor courtyard & water feature. The bed, pillows, bed linens & bathroom were fabulous. The size of our room was perfect too. Loved that the air conditioner worked!! The location was perfect. Loved it!! Also, the communication by the staff prior to our arrival was very good!

Very clean property, decorated with touches aligning well with the history and look of the building. Excellent breakfast with great seating arrangements and choice of either inside or the courtyard. Nice terrace with a panaromic view of the cathedral and the City.
